• Decoration of spare bedroom

  New to the area, our recent experience with a local decorator was not great so we decided to try Mohan and Peacock Home Improvements because of the excellent feedback he had received on Checkatrade. Wow, what a difference. Meticulous attention to detail. Laid protection to all necessary surfaces and even removed (and replaced I should add) the plantation shutters to prevent damage or splattering with paint. A consummate professional and a really nice guy - would recommend without reservation and will definitely engage his services to decorate the rest of the house.

  I instructed Peackock Home Improvements to paint all walls and ceilings in my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat, to replace the carpets in both bedrooms, to replace the kitchen floor and to replace all silicone sealings in the bathrooms and the kitchen. They have done a brilliant job: the planning process was very easy, professional and straight forward, the communication was spot on, the work was performed as discussed and completed on time, and the result is excellent.

  Peacock Home Improvements have been excellent. We initially asked Mohan to do some painting and decorating but he has also fixed our shower and toilet. We were so impressed with Mohan's work that he has now come back to paint our doors and do some carpentry. Mohan has so many skills and has transformed our house. He is very hard working and takes pride in his work and completes it to a high standard. He is also a genuinely good person with a 'can 'do' attitude and has been so helpful, friendly, considerate and professional. We would certainly recommend Peacock Home Improvements.

• Bathroom renovation

  Our dated bathroom has had a lovely makeover - from knocking down walls and rerouting plumbing to tiling and fitting new units and shower cubicle, as well as making new cupboards. They were professional from beginning to end - good communication, well priced and excellent quality of work. Very trustworthy and hardworking. Pleasure to deal with.
