  The 2 lads who turned up to carry out the knocking down of the wall, building a new wall and moving of the soil pipe were very efficient in their work, which was to a high standard. The same can be said for plasterer who finished off the walls, and the finish on the walls was of a very good standard and perfectly straight and level. The team had good communication throughout, and quickly updated quotes to fit my requirements and were accommodating to our time schedule Would happily use again!

  From the very beginning Pearl were engaged and super helpful. The work was carried out in my elderly in-laws house and we live a distance away. Pearl remained in contact with us and sorted everything out. The work was completed quickly and cleanly. Would reccomend 100%. Plus my in-laws are really happy with it all. Thankyou.

  The various workmen worked long and hard to finish the job in good time. They were polite and courteous. The work entailed overboard a ceiling. Removal andd blocking up a window. Removal of a chimney breast. And replastering work. All done to a good standard.

• Removing old wall and building a new one

  The team at Pearl Building were wonderful, my only grievance, was that the project was projected to take 2 weeks, and was closer to 2 months. The start date was delayed a whole week due to other work. There was issues with weather, which a lot of that was out of their control, but I did sometimes have to chase up myself to get an update on why they werent there or what was happening. But all in all, it was a positive experience, and I dont doubt in better weather that it would have been done a lot quicker

  Great service and workmanship from Pearl Building. Communication was very good all the way through the job. Callum and Scott did a great job, they were courteous and professional. Special mention to Sue in the office who was always on hand for any quieries and quick to respond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lloyd and his team. Thank you!
