Painting of bedroom
9.75George and his father worked super hard to get our bedroom painted in a day! They were able to get the job done within a week of the quote, which was perfect as we needed the room sorted urgently. The quality of the work is very high and I will definitely be asking them to come and paint more rooms for me. They also helped us to move a few things out of the room which was really helpful as we hadn’t had time to finish the clearing.

Repairs can occur at any time from small odd job repairs to major works and phoning around for maintenance contractors can be a very frustrating and time consuming business.
Pegasus Property Maintenance understand that Landlords and property professionals are busy people with their own day to day businesses to run, we provide a 24-hour, 7 days a week, maintenance and repairs services for your entire property portfolio.
We cover all aspects of maintenance from small odd job repairs to carpentry, roof repairs, plumbing, windows, painting and decorating.
No repair is too small or too large. In the unfortunate circumstance that an emergency repair occurs out of working hours, we have a dedicated team to attend on call 24 hours 7 days a week to limit any damage that can occur to your property.
Our dedicated property management team will arrange all necessary appointments with your tenants and our contractors.
We will take before and after pictures, where we can, of all works carried out and send them with your invoice.
Property Refurbishment
Whether its refurbishing properties for letting, selling or preparing your property for a local authority scheme, Pegasus Property Maintenance have the expertise and experience in completing your project to a high standard, quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price.
We have a dedicated property management team that will ensure all works are carried out efficiently and within timescales keeping you updated along the way.
Where a full refurbishment is required, you will be allocated a dedicated project manager who will be your one point of contact that will oversee the entire refurbishment from start to finish.
We allocate our team of tradesmen to one job at a time.
We do not start jobs and leave to start other jobs – this way completing your refurbishment quickly and efficiently so that you can start renting/selling your property.
