    Once I requested a quote I was phoned back within 5 mins, asking if I needed them to attend that night . I said the next day would be fine . Chadd found the locking mechanism had failed which was expensive to replace , he managed to carry out a repair the next day at a much lower price . I’m very happy with the service provided and would happily recommend this company to anyone else

    Jordan from Pennine Locks did a fantastic job, opening up our badly jammed, multipoint-locking double doors between the dining room and back garden, replacing the broken central gearbox and adjusting everything so it worked "like new". Great, friendly service, highly recommended!
