• Laying a new patio

  The job involved removing several mature shrubs,levelling the ground and removing the old patio.Laying a new patio across the whole area and continue the paving down the side of the house.Also replacing an entire fence down one side of the garden.Phil Elliott and his team are efficient, hard-working and honest.If problems arose, we discussed them and found solutions.I was able to ask questions and know that I would not be lied to, or treated like an idiot.Due to inclement weather,the job took longer than anticipated but I am totally happy with the completed work.I would highly recommend them.

  A very courteous company, the standard of their workmanship is outstanding. Once the work started communication was good and the financial side was easy to keep track of with no hidden surprises. Taking a wall down is a messy business but every effort was made to keep disruption down to a minimum. We chose this company based on alterations completed on our next door neighbours home. We were not disappointed, I would highly recommend.

We have a great communication through the whole progress even adding extra scope of works in the progress. From hacking off everything to build up, our house was completed all at a high standard of quality. Phil and his team are friendly, hard-working and experienced. Excellent work to transform our home new! We highly recommend Phil be to your builder. He is a reliable one.

  Phil's professional and positive approach to the work made us feel very confident and comfortable. His team work to a great standard, and his 'can-do' attitude towards the project was very refreshing. We initially asked Phil to refit 2 bathrooms and remove old inbuilt wardrobes, however ended up having the place plastered and painted, kitchen tops, floors and tiles, along with a new sub-floor. For anyone taking on a project, especially for the first time, we'd highly recommend Phil and his team.
