  • Needed to get rid of rats in the garden

    Was really a waste of time. Put some food traps in the garden for 2 weeks then was supposed to come back to get them, but forgot. I had to call them after they missed the appointment. The traps don’t catch the rats, they’re supposed to be poisoned food. Only one of 5 had been eaten and no dead rats have been found, but still see them running across the garden

    WORST SERVICE EVER! They claim to offer 2 visits for a fixed price but they don't provide anything worthwhile for those visits. They look around and demand a huge amount extra to actually try and get rid of the issue. If you do go ahead the work is shoddy and looks horrendous (e.G hammering massive bits of mesh over areas and into walls without checking). They also carried out work that we hadn't confirmed and then got very threatening and refused to leave our house until they were paid. Rodents back within a month of treatment and they refused to come back without us paying another visit fee
