10Verified ReviewI found a dead fox at the end of the garden & the council had advised me to bag it up & throw it in my household bin. I contacted Pest ID Ltd as I read that there are hazards associated with dead foxes. Terry phoned me back (after they had officially closed) & he explained that he was out of my area, but he gave me excellent advice about what to do with the fox & how to deal with the area it had been in contact with. He was really helpful, knowledgeable & reassuring & the advice was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services if anyone has a pest control issue. Thanks so much Terry!

Furthermore, and again without any suggestion of payment, Jo was happy to provide answers based upon her experience to a range of questions. These proved extremely helpful and helped me quickly understand how to initially approach tackling the problem and mitigate the potential for its recurrence going forward. Most polite and personable.

Steve is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do and provided reassurance and sound advice. Steve persisted until the problem was sorted. Steve went above and beyond. I also found Jo in the office very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and use them again in future.
