  So glad I chose this company, their response from first phoning until the last visit was speedy and courteous. Giving me all the information I would need, with clear expectations. Our uninvited visitor was very devious and persistent but so was Ian! Thanks again for helping to get rid of our rat. I can now sleep at night.

  The company responded quickly,and resolved the issue,also quickly,I had 3 visits from Iain in total included in the cost,he was professional at all times. I feel confident that he has irradicated the problem.
