  Mick and Heath were a pleasure to work with. A truly collaborative process with lots of time spent discussing options in a non patronising way. Mick is clearly a very experienced builder, with lots of excellent contacts who have also carried out work for us. Really helpful to have a surveyor and building control organised. Very happy with the standard of work, finishing is of a very high quality and we would highly recommend. Both go the extra mile to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Would happily work with them again.

• New garden gate

  This was the Second time we used mick and as expected the standard of work was first class. We asked him to install a new garden gate and we were kept informed regarding delivery date for the gate and availability for an installation date. Mick, was his usual efficient self and kept us informed all the way. Site was left clean and tidy and he followed up with a telephone call to make sure we were happy. I would recommend mick and we were very happy with the standard of work.

  Mick, from PGS Build Ltd was the only builder to contact us after we had made several calls to other builders and sent numerous emails. He arrived on time at the agreed appointment and was very friendly and knowledgeable. His quote arrived when he said it would and we found him very approachable when he was asked to carry out additional work . I would have no problem recommending mick and he is returning to carry out further work for us.

• External Lintel Replacement over French window.

  I needed a builder for a shallow brick arch failing on my parents house French window. Not knowing any builders, I went to check a trade and randomly found PGS and landed on my feet. Mick came round soon after contacting, quoted promptly with a quite reasonable price. He came when he said, my parents instantly liked and trusted him and he did a great job. If we have another job, he is top of the list.
