  • Fixed leak near circulating pump for hot water pipe system.

    We contacted Aaron after finding a leak by our hot water circulating pump. Aaron managed to fit us in the next day, thankfully, as the leak was quite bad. He asked me text him photos of the pump and pipework, so he could better analyse the issue. Then he told us the price for a call out and his repair estimate. He arrived on time, fixed the leak and the cost was as he had estimated, which was very competitive. We would not hesitate to phone Aaron again.

  • Central heating problem

    Fixed an issue we had put up with for several years - poor flow through lounge radiators. Fitter had put isolating valves, hidden in an internal wall, in one of the heating circuits restricting flow by more than 50% even when fully open. Challenge was to locate the valves, chisel into the wall and replace the valves with piping. This was achieved quickly with minimal collateral damage. Price was as quoted. We are looking forward to a more comfortable winter.

    Aarron quoted us for a bathroom extractor fan last year. We went ahead and the work was carried out to a professional high quality standard. When we discovered our boiler was due its annual service, we didn't hesitate to contact Aarron again for a quote. He responded quickly and fitted us in between other jobs in his busy schedule. He cleaned and replaced the necessary parts, taking his time to ensure a thorough quality job. He even contacted the manufacturer to confirm the original installation date and request a new service log as we didn't have one. We highly recommend Aarron for any work.

  • Rectifying lifted flooring

    Aaron and his team completed a bathroom and downstairs cloakroom a while back. Flooring in the downstairs cloakroom started to "lift". Without ANY questions, quibbles, blame or excuses Aaron and a couple of his team came over and sorted it. Establishing a possible cause (very old house with potential damp coming up from old decaying damp proofing - probably slate at the time house was built!) and even adding some additional damp proofing to the entire floor before relaying NEW flooring! Aaron offers what is sadly missing on many levels in todays society - exceptional client service!!
