  • Fit tiles up to cupboard height in kitchen.

    Terrible workmanship, tiles are not level, all of the cuts have ragged edges, there’s a few broken tiles that have just been left and grouted in anyway. The tile trims are not level, sharp edges left showing, massive overhang and the tiles are not flush to the trim either. Has left all electrical sockets off after removing them and said ‘we will have to get longer screws as they no longer fit’ surely with 27 years experience this would be expected. One large socket board that contains all switches for kitchen appliances has been GROUTED in so we can no longer take it off if we needed to for

  • Fixing a leaking shower

    The gentleman were nice and courteous. They removed the shower door and all the old sealant that had been plastered on. After re sealing they fixed the shower door back and asked that the shower not be used for 2 days. To be on the safe side left it for over a week. When we tried it unfortunately there still appears to be leakage coming from the shower tray but Paul has agreed to return a day latter to re seal. I will update following the work to whether it has worked.
