  Removed old garage and base. Dug out for footings. New footings, base, walls and roof. Refitted previous door. 1.5 Tonne lathe removed. Job finished ahead of schedule even though the weather was appalling at times and the footings needed bailing out. Specialists brought in for each facetime of the job. Without exception all were very polite and did a good job. Phil kept me up to date on who was coming and when and all people involved arrived when they should..

  Removal of existing conservatory and built a bricked up extension which is a lovely little addition to our kitchen / dining room. Great work, good communication throughout planning, early every morning and very reasonable priced. Thank you for everything Phil and team. Highly recommended :)

  I've had a few jobs done with phil, from the get go Phil was kind and friendly, work was carried out quickly and efficiently they cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated every step of the way. Would 100% recommend them to anyone needing work done, I'm very happy with the quality of work that was carried out and very reasonably priced too

  The refurbishment didn't go forward with Phil as he cancelled several appointments. If you can't keep agreed appointments and cancel at short notice, you are not a builder I wish it work with. Reliability and trustworthiness are none non-negotiables.

  If you want a builder who you can trust, who keeps you fully informed at all stages, who coordinates and project manages all the different trades, who gives an honest and very reasonable quote / bill and above all who does a really fantastic job then Phil is your man! He even washed his tea cup up!! ????
