• Replacing felt on roof and repointing of a wall and chimney

  The initial issue was rain leaking down the chimney, but an examination showed that the pointing of one wall and the chimney was in poor state and was starting to be a damp issue as well. This was all discussed with pat and a plan was agreed. The work was quickly organised and the scaffolding and the roofers all appeared at the right time, the work was done to a good standard and was all completed, scaffolding removed and tidied up in the time agreed. Overall I was very pleased with the way the work went and should any more work need doing in the future, I will be ringing up pat first

  From start to finish, I was impressed with the customer care and quality of service provided. The roofers worked hard whilst on-site and ensured we were protected against the heavy rain and gale force winds that conspired against the job being completed within the proposed timeframe. The company owner was present throughout and provided regular progress updates. An issue arising from another company's work was identified and a cost-neutral practical solution was offered. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will happily employ them again. My thanks to P Hughes.
