10Verified ReviewThrough talking my issue through with Carl, he was able to advise me that this job needed further investigation via the Housing Association that owns owns the larger share of my Shared Ownership property, and that I couldn't solve it by hiring a plumber at this stage. I was very grateful for his counsel, and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if I need further plumbing work undertaken.
