  Sammy and his team are life savers! Our apartment was abandoned by a fraudulent contractor. Sammy and his team picked up the job where they left off and finished the project a week ahead of time. The quality of work, speed and efficiency and professionalism across all his workers was unbelievable. I am already in discussions with Sammy for further work - I will never use anyone else ever again. He went well out of his way to ensure speed and quality of work but also was excellent at suggesting ways to save money on the project.

• Paint of whole house and refurbishment of the bathroom and some carpentry

  We were looking for a reliable contractor to refurbish our holiday home in London and were extremely lucky to find Sammy and his wonderful team, they understood the brief, made useful suggestions and carried the plans through brilliantly, we were out of the country and were kept updated with photos and videos regularly, they were honest, and unfailingly courteous, on time and meticulous in their finish and the results exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

• Garage roof

  Pimlico replaced the roof on my garage after a leak. They advised me from the start what work could be done and, realistically, what couldn't (replacing a wet ceiling), they did the job in a day which they said the would, cleaned away the debris and the work is guaranteed for 24 years.

• Underpinning

  Pimlico completed some underpinning and bathroom refurbishment work in our rental property (I am the tenant) and they were very professional, conscientious and tidy. The works were completed ahead of schedule and to a high standard, and Sammy and his team showed a great deal of care for minimising the impact on us as tenants during the process.

• Flat full refurbishment

  Full refurbishment of my flat in London. From start to finish everything went smooth and complied with all aspects previously agreed; job done to high expectations, fair price, time scheduled. Sammy is a very kind person, always careful with all aspects of different requests, Zezo on site manager, is fast-forward, full of good advice, the team very perfectionist, excellent workmanship. Pictures of the job done sent everyday, top communication, Being abroad most of the time, it was good being able to assess progress of work. Excellent job, friendly and helpful people, highly recommended

• Replacement of railings outside our house

  Sammy and his team supported us in repairing the railings outside the front of our house in London. Everything was brilliant from start to finish and I would recommend him to anyone! The initial response to our issue was dealt with really quickly, as was everything else from the quote, to the work, to the follow up to confirm we were happy with the job! Excellent work and highly recommended!
