8.75Verified ReviewOverall the job looks good. Everyone was polite. It was completed in agreed timeframe. However, the two down pipe joins were place in a wonky way. They did sweep the area, however a cement was left on the windowsill and on the roof tiles, as well as the lower guttering filled with debris from the removal process which I had to clear up.

10Verified ReviewFrom the moment they arrived at the house to give a quote they were professional, friendly and reliable. All of the guttering around the roof of the house had to be replaced. There was an issue that may have required scaffolding, however they went out of their way to find a solution and on the morning of the job they told me they had found one and it saved me a lot of money. They also got the job done a day early! They were tidy, punctual, cheerful and extremely professional. They did a great job. I highly recommend Pinnacle!
