  • Carpeting the stairs and landing

    Our living room was carpeted last year by a well-known carpet retailer. It's an irregular shape, so we were left with a large offcut. We wanted to use it to replace the worn carpet on our stairs, but had difficulty finding somebody who was prepared to fit a carpet they hadn't supplied (the retailer who did the living room, wasn't interested in doing the stairs). Thankfully, we found Lee! He carefully measured our carpet offcut, stairs and landing. He removed the tatty old carpet, supplied a sumptuous underlay, and laid our carpet beautifully. It feels like walking on a cloud!

    The contractor arrived and began his work promptly and did the job efficiently, even though he was required by the building managers to move his vehicle and then return it back to its parking place during the work. He also tidied up well after the work, and even helped out by vacuuming an adjacent room although this was not a part of his job !

    Lee did a brilliant job for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the work. He removed and disposed of all the old flooring from my hall, sitting and dining rooms, then laid new laminate flooring throughout. Lee has an excellent attention to detail. He is a really friendly guy, very professional, polite, and with a can-do attitude. I highly recommend him.

    Lee was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He patiently came round twice with various samples as I changed my mind before ordering and went above and beyond to get my new carpets fitted - helping to troubleshoot a few tricky areas. He even helped me to sort out a new skirting board that needed replacing last minute. My new carpets look stunning! Lee has excellent attention to detail, his workmanship is faultless, he's professional, friendly and just got on with things. I will definitely be using him for all my flooring needs. i have been in the flooring trade for over 30 years now and my experience and knowledge will prove invaluable to any customer.i began learning this trade via the YTS scheme as soon as i left school and have been doing it ever since.

we  have a wide range of carpet samples that will offer you a choice of different styles ,colours and shades that come from some of the leading manufacturers such as cormar carpets, victoria carpets, westex carpets and penthouse carpets.

we also offer a wide range of underlays such and rubber pu underlay and underfloor heating underlays that have specific tog ratings

i also offer a vinyl fitting service and in recent years a laminate and engineered wood fitting service.

To me no two jobs are the same, whether it is a large job or a small job my goals are to provide a professional and reliable service and to meet the needs, budget  and expectations of the  customer.
