10Verified ReviewPinnacle was excellent throughout the whole job, they attended the property and advised different options/samples that we could choose from. They gave me a fixed cost that was broken down, easy to understand, costed different options and they stuck to it. They turned up when they said they would and completed the job ahead of programme. As mentioned, this job involved carrying all waste and materials through our property, but they kept it clean at all times. The quality of their install was why I picked them, but the experience from beginning to end was why I will be using them again!

All staff were friendly ,polite and arrived on time each day. We were extremely happy that after each day ended, the staff would take the time to clean not only our garden but our next door neighbor's - as they had to access via a shared alley. Very honest and genuine company.
