  We're happy with their work, as follows Changed radiator from Lockshield to Bluetooth TRV. Changed towel rail valves from TRV to lockshield set. Increased hot water pressure the bath TMV. Resealed bath panel. The only problem was that it took a long time to get it done: First we couldn't manage the time suggested, then they cancelled because of an emergency job, then they forgot and had to be reminded. However, we had told them it wasn't urgent and we understand they had genuine reasons. Finally, after a few months, they made a new appointment, came as arranged and the job was done.

• Leak fixed and new radiator fitted

  Pinnacle were excellent. We’ve had a persistent problem with the heating system losing pressure, for a couple of years. As soon as the heating goes off pressure goes down to zero within an hour so we have top it up before it can be turned on again. Had a few plumbers who couldn’t solve the problem and it was very frustrating. Johnny and Ollie found a leak where an old radiator had been removed before we moved in 20 years ago. It was in a place you’d never think to look. They fixed the leak and put a brand new radiator in. These guys are good. Will only be using them from now on.

• Installation of water cylinder and boiler

  Pinnacle made a first-class job of replacing our boiler and hot-water cylinder. In addition to providing high-quality work at a competitive price, Ollie and Jonny were honest and understanding throughout. The boiler system which needed replacing was some thirty years old. Everything went smoothly, thanks to Taimar's highly effective communication and Ollie and Jonny's efficiency. They take pride in the work they do, and care about making sure the customer is happy. Highly recommended.

  Couldn't recommend Pinnacle Plumbing enough. Called Ollie to explain my situation with a mystery leak and a soaked ceiling - He arrived within 15minutes to assess the situation. Polite and exceptionally thorough with all explanations and made sure I understood everything as we went along. Within a few days all was diagnosed, repaired and well again - pleasantly surprised and appreciate meeting an honest, efficient and high quality working company.
