10We returned from a holiday to discover that there was a leak somewhere in the loft which had caused significant damage to the ceiling to the room below. Pinnacle sent out a plumber quickly who traced the leaking part, an air vent in the hot water system, and replaced it. He was professional, polite and extremely pleasant, as was Robbie in the office. All in all a great service.
