    Excellent experience , replied to my request very quickly , got to the job fast , replaced and checked the lock was working , made adjustments to the locking system , made sure I could lock / unlock the garage door ok . Very tidy , I would absolutely recommend . Job finished within 2 hours of me posting job.

    I had locked myself out of my home so needed an urgent response. Pip said he could be with me in 30 minutes, and he managed this with time to spare. He was courteous and affable and laughed at my predicament! Within minutes he had opened the door with no damage done. Fantastic response from a skilled locksmith.

Company info

We were set up at the end of 2016 to help people in Andover and the surrounding areas with their locksmith requirements. For 5 years we operated solely working for a national locksmith company where we would wait for emergency calls and race to assist customers. This could happen up to 20 times a day. This is why we are not higher profile. We were too busy being busy for someone else. After the COVID pandemic we changed our perspective.
