  We asked for quotes for our job just before going on holiday for 10 days. James made an appointment to meet us the day after our return. His colleague (also James) ascended onto the roof and checked the integrity all round - identifying potential impending problems. I was shown a video of the problems and given clear quotes for the entire work or to rectify the more immediate issues. At no time did I feel pressurised to accept either option. However when I asked J and J to go ahead, they went the extra mile to match the colour of the tiles, carry out all requested work and remove rubble.
