    The job was priced and a date and time arranged. The plumber adhered to both. Not only was the leaking joints replaced but an isolator tap was added and the existing pipework above ground level was also replaced refitted to the wall and insulated against cold weather. This was well above and beyond my expectations. He was polite, intelligent, interesting and tidy. A professional job leaving me feeling that at last I have found somebody who I will call on for any future work needed.

    I found a dripping T Joint. CSH were able to assess the problem and provide a quote using pictures and a video through WhatsApp. He was very friendly, punctual, courteous and tidy fixing the issue very quickly. A great job done.

    The company found someone very quickly and he turned up on time. He was smartly turned out and was extremely polite. He is a Polish man and unfortunately his level of English left much to be desired . In the main, we resorted to sign language and mime. We got by but I would liked to have had him do more to place the washing machine in the correct position to allow the integral door to close properly. The language barrier got in the way. That said , the machine works well from a plumbing point of view. But I might have to get a kitchen fitter to finish the task to my total satisfaction.

My name is Michael and although I have just started this company, I began training as an apprentice with my dad and brothers in our small family business 16 years ago and have never looked back.  I qualified in 2009 and have been fortunate enough to gain experience working on the widest variety of jobs, from the most straight forward repairs to the demands of larger installations, specialist systems and commercial work.  Technology and developments in my trade ensure that no two days are the same and there is always something new to deal with, particularly in the drive to establish  a kinder approach to our environment.

I offer a 24 hour call-out service for emergency repairs, bathroom and kitchen refurbs, all plumbing repair and maintenance work and new installations.

 The most satisfying aspect of my working day is the end result.  I take great pride in leaving my customers happy by being efficient, tidy and most of all, demonstrating how well I know my trade, resulting in many returning clients.
