  Rob must have spent a good hour tracing the source of the leak, which turned out not to be where I thought it was (he was very patient with me!). He was very thorough and kept me informed at every stage. I would certainly contact him for any other plumbing jobs; in fact, we discussed another job I need doing in the future, and was very informative.

  Rob called within a few minutes of making an enquiry and was able to come within a couple of hours. He located the leak, had to go out for the part and resolved the problem. He even plumbed in a washing machine while he was here! Polite, tidy worker and good value. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.
