  Honestly cannot rate this chap highly enough. Honest conversation about cost up front. That cost was what I ended up paying. Turned up next day and sorted it in about 45 mins. Knows his stuff. But is also a super nice guy. Next time I need a plumber I’m calling him first. 110% rating.

• Replacement of boiler gas valve

  Came out in the evening at short notice when our hot water failed. Quickly diagnosed the fault and came back the next day with the part and had us back up and running in an hour. Did a good tidy job and for a very reasonable cost, will definitely use again, thank you!

  The tank water was too hot to shower so I called plumbing 360 to assess. morris suggested I install a TMV which mixes the hot and cold to the bath - Perfect! Very clever and professional

• Resolve leak unvented hot water cylinder

• Oil boiler fault

  Derval was initially called out to bleed an oil boiler after we had run out of oil however it soon became apparent that the problem was greater than that. He soon found the problem, ordered the part and rectified it. He was committed to get us warm again and I would definitely use him again
