• Boiler broke down. No heating or hot water

  Seemed professional. Came out next day and diagnosed the problem. Shut down the boiler. I paid the invoice. He was to send a quote through for fixing it asap. Never received the quote or any explanation. British Gas came and fixed it for me.

  Chris called as arranged, in fact phoned to see if he could come earlier. Was able to find the problem and fix it, although we were aware the boiler is on its last legs as it is 30+ years old. Very polite and friendly and very reasonably priced. Will use again.

  Chris was amazing, very polite, friendly and professional. I contacted him of an evening when our heating stopped working, he got back to me within hours and booked us in for the following day. Fixed our issue in no time and left everything neat and tidy. Booked him in now for our annual boiler check. Would highly recommend!

  My new husband and I would thoroughly recommend Eden Heating and Plumbing Services. Chris and Clare were quick to respond Ito our initial contact and flexible in arranging to visit and diagnose the problem. Chris explained things really well during his visit and even worked around our house cat! We feel that Chris and Clare went the extra mile to ensure we had hot water in time for our wedding and will always be grateful for that. We will definitely be contacting Chris and Clare if we have any issues in future. Thank you!
