  From first exchange to after installation support, Arash Saboori, has been top notch. To replace my aging boiling system, he suggested couple of options. Choosing an electric boiler was not easy as they are very rare in the UK and he was helpful to provide some feedbacks from other user. He also gave me some recommendations, regarding servicing the new boiler and helped me to save couple of hundred pounds. The final installation is well made and allowed to gain a lot of space in my flat.

  Arash carried out the job a few days after my search on checkatrade. I was impressed he wore booties over his shoes to come into the house. Very nice man. Easy to talk to when I had questions. He came back a second time a few days after boiler service to fix a pressure issue which required a part to be sourced first. I would happily use his services in the future.

  Called Arash on Monday morning about 9.30. He came the same evening when he had finished the job he was on. (He had texted me with an arrival time). Quickly assessed the problem with my boiler which required a new flow valve. Said he would order a new one and come on Thursay morning to fit it. He arrived as planned, having texted arrival time, and had the boiler up and running by midday. Very reasonable cost and no call out fee. Ash is a very pleasant and polite man and I would reccommend him to anyone.

  I needed a replacement boiler, 2 motorised valves, pump and upgraded thermostat. Arash came the same day as I posted and was very polite and professional on the phone. No callout fee (another company charged me £110 callout [lasted ~ 30min] and provided a very high estimate). Arash outlined what needed to be done, ordered all parts and performed the work expeditiously at a much lower price, to my satisfaction and remained pleasant and professional throughout. He left minor items (cardboard) for me to clear up but nothing excessive. I am extremely satisfied and will be using him again. 5*
