  • I advertised Service of a boiler and replacement of a hive thermostat.

    Plumb London got in touch quickly and made mutually convenient booking for 7 days later. It was agreed that the service would be conducted and that the engineer would see what could be done abut the thermostat. The engineer was punctual and polite, but immeaditatley made clear that he would not attempt to solve the issue with the thermostat and it would require a further visit. He recomended a £1000 of work including a powerflush. I rejected the quote and another plumber did the work for £180. I believe much of the work that was recommendend was unecessary. I would avoid Plumb London.

    Really friendly polite plumber - replaced x2 leaky ball valves and mended a dislodged overflow pipe to water tanks. Unfortunately the following day there was a further leak through our ceiling because of an mis-fitting. Thankfully Plumb London sent someone out straightaway and free of charge to rectify it …

    A previous plumber had suggested the CO level was very high but had not shut down the boiler. The Plumb London plumber found normal readings and reassured me of its Safety. I had booked the controls to be changed but he came without controls so I had to make another appointment for this and the date was missed and had to be rearranged. The second plumber who came to install the controls was great. No issues.

    Our boiler stopped working on Sunday night - so we used Check-a-Trade to ask for quotes Plumb London were the first to call, and sent a brilliant Engineer called Luke to assess the existing boiler (which as suspected was needing replacement) He surveyed and contacted his office - who sent a quote very shortly after - and confirmed they could replace the boiler on the SAME day Luke was brilliant at what he did - and also very professional, polite, friendly and courteous He even got our ANCIENT radiators all working again as part of the service 100% thanks to Luke and everyone involved
