  I’ve used Plumbwiser for plumbing issues a couple of times now and I’m pretty sure I’ll be using them again in the future if the need ever arises. It’s not perfect; I mean it wasn’t a fast or straight forward process getting a call-out booked in the last time. And, the first time, I had to get the plumber out twice because the issue wasn’t fixed correctly the first time around BUT, that said, I do still very much like them! Linda on the phone is lovely, honest and down to earth and same goes for the plumber guy I’ve had each time too. Once sorted, the work is good and my issues have been solved

  I have used Plumwiser on several occasions, the largest job they carried out was a new boiler, which had to be moved from the kitchen to upstairs. Since then I have used them for all the pipework in a new kitchen and bathroom as well. They are always professional and reliable. They turn up when they say they will and do a good job every time. I have had 4 or 5 different plumbers over the 10 or so times I have used them and they are all as professional and competent as each other. Linda in the shop keeps them well organised also. Would definitely recommend!

• To fix a dripping kitchen pipe.

  What can I say, no more dripping pipe!!! I couldn’t be more pleased with work carried out by Roger. On the day, Roger arrived on time, provided great customer service and was professional. He carried out the work efficiently and within the allocated timeframe. He also provided advice pertaining to further plumbing work I required. I will definitely be using Plumbwiser again and would recommend their service.
