10Verified ReviewI have high standards. Mark met them all. He committed to a time and a date for the work, communicated when he would arrive (and did). He had a number of problems to overcome, which he did with careful thought - including preparing a bespoke black painted escutcheon plate for one door ( getting up early on the day to paint it for installation). Locks fitted, doors and frames filled and painted, doors planed to fit, job left clean and tidy. Locksmith +. Really impressed.

It was late afternoon on a Saturday, but Mark managed to get the work done within an hour. I can say without hesitation that Mark is the best in this profession. We are so pleased and thankful.
