• Quote on roof repair

  The person answering the phone was extremely aggressive when I called to ask for a roof repair quote. He asked if I was looking for multiple quotes which is generally practice to see a range of prices and specialisms when getting work done and told me it's not worth it because "you're just going to go for the cheapest anyway". Started to then lecture me on the procedure for quoting. Very shocked at this, as the reason I called was because of their great reputation. I can't vouch for their work, but the initial communication with this business will make sure I never use them for a project.

• Fix a leak in roof

  After a rain storm, I noticed a leak in my bedroom. Pat came round and identified it as urgent. His team worked over the Bank Holiday to get the job started. Unfortunately, the water damage was more than a leak, the roof needed removing and a new membrane and batons installed. This was completed in just a few days. I was kept updated with videos and photos, showing initial damage and the progress of the job.

  Cannot say good enough things about the work of Pat and his team. I didn't know them before they started working for me, so this is not an acquaintance or family contact. They also did my neighbours house and I decided to have the same done because I was so impressed with the work. Excellent communication, very polite and easy to work with, very good price, tidy, punctual and the work is done to a high standard. I had a full roof replacement along with apex replaced and my chimney fixed done in a traditional style to match my Edwardian semi.

  Pat was extremely helpful and responsive. He came same day and got up on my roof, despite the wet weather and put a temporary cover on the defect. He explained and made his recommendations. I am extremely pleased. Thanks a lot Pat.

  Pat and his team repaired my roof and chimney. They have done a really good job came on time kept me updated on everything they were doing sent me pictures so I could see what they were doing. They cleared all the debris and took it away as well.
