  Paul is extremely knowladgeable about all aspects of building and part of the reason I decided to use him is his attention to detail and using the best products for the job in hand, Paul doesn't do shortcuts! Paul and his team were punctual, pleasant and extremely clean and tidy throughout the week or so they were working for me and I would have no hesitation in hiring them again should I need their services Highly recommend.

  Paul and his team removed a chimney breast from one of our rooms, and extended our existing bathroom with a complete renovation. They also plastered, insulated and made good of everything whilst keeping everything clean.

• Damp in my bathroom and hallway

  I would 100% recommend PMC. I had damp in my bathroom and hallway which in no longer a problem! Paul and his lads fixed the issue but also respected my house while doing so, they cleaned up everyday so nothing with left laying around. He always kept me up to date with what he was doing next and how long it would roughly take. I would definitely have them in again in the future if needed. Thank you again!

  We needed our front bay rendered as the mortar had come away which was causing damp. Paul is clearly an expert in his trade and talked us through the work needed. The work completed by Paul and his team was fantastic. The work is of really high quality and was finished quickly. Our front garden was left really tidy after the works were completed. I will 100% be using Paul and his team again.

  Really happy. Excellent quality of the various works (more than damp sorting). Paul and his team sorted damp walls inside and out (excellent plastering); restructured bay window; rendered and painted outside; replaced guttering. I was pleasantly surprised that Paul was able to get in in all the other trades needed (he organised double glazing, plumbing, central heating and roofing too!). All reliable, courteous, tidy, on time, helpful and friendly. The quality of all the work was excellent. 2 other households in the street were so impressed that they asked him to work for them next!
