10Verified ReviewFollowing a visit in which the problem was identified, a second visit took place in accordance with my timetable for availability at home, during which a new part was fitted, returning the boiler to proper operation. The engineer took pains to explain what was wrong, what he was doing to fix the malfunction, and to give advice on possible future problems, given the age of the boiler itself. His efforts are much appreciated.

We are a husband and wife team with Rob having over 18 year’s experience of the plumbing and heating industry and Laura having over 15 year’s experience in customer service and management.
