    Excellent job, looks great. Couldn't have asked for better. Started and completed on schedule. Of particular note was the quality of service throughout which was excellent and far beyond normal expectations.     Mark and James arrived on time on the date agreed and started the work straight away.Mark had advised me the job would take two days to complete the work and that is how long it took. Mark and James were very polite, friendly and explained what they were doing as they went along with the work. At all times they were keeping the area clean and tidy and were very cheerful as they worked. The re pointing they did was of a very high standard and once completed looked very good indeed It was an excellent job done very professionally and at a very reasonable price . I would thoroughly recommend them

  • Repointing of chimney

    Mark Potter did not turn to do the job.. He strung us along since May and promised that the job was booked in for October as he did not want to do repointing in the hot weather.I contacted him several times and he assured me he was coming. He just stood us up. The chimney was in a bad state of repair and it was urgent. I could have found other contractors to do the job but did not as I had an agreement with him. Unpleasanr behaviour to string people along.
