    Robert was very professional and accommodating in every interaction I had before the installation. The replacement of an old radiator was not as simple as first expected, however he was able to complete the task to a good standard. He was clean and very respectful of the property. I will be definitely using him again for other jobs.

    Robert gave me a good quote and came around to change 4 of my old radiators. Since this was quite a big job he said he would hang them up one day and come back to do the pipe work another day, However Robert worked late into the night and finished installing all the radiators. A week later I had a issue with my boiler and Robert came around free of charge to check and swapped out a part for free. He also recommended someone to come around and look at the boiler. Definitely would recommend Robert, his work speaks for itself. Will be contacting him again in the future.

    I called Robert at short notice as my problem was an emergency. He came within a few hours to investigate. He found that the problem was with one of the valves. He changed it and the leaking stopped. He was also very good at explaining as to what was happening and talked me and my son through the problem. He was great and showed knowledge of what he was doing. Will hire again.
