They booked a date and arrived at the property only to then say 'We can't do your gutters, they are too high and awkward' and the person turn away and leave. I waited nearly 6 weeks for them to come only to find they couldn't be bothered to do what they had proimised to do. Terrible service.

Being at work for most of the day we communicated via email and this vastly sped up communication and made it really easy to get the job quoted and booked in.
