    Paul drained the radiator in the first instance then proceeded to remove the old valve and fit the new valve, he then bled all the downstairs radiators after turning the water back on, he was friendly and courteous and cleaned up any mess afterwards I can highly recommend Paul who initially gave me a quote and stuck to that price I am very pleased with the workmanship.
