10Verified ReviewGreat service from start to finish; Ash knew the type of project we run and the best style of carpet we use and need. From booking to coming to complete the work was timely and enabled us to utilise the room again in quick turn around. Price point was good value and workmanship was high quality, clean and tidy. Felt at ease and confident in the work carried out and with the person carrying out the work; due to the sensitive nature of client group, this was important even more. Definitely be using Premier carpets for further work.

They were very knowledgeable about all the options we were enquiring about which really help us make up our minds about which product we wanted to go with. They were very patient when we were deciding on which colour flooring to choose and even helped us by using the virtual room design. We are a well established local independent flooring company with over 20yrs experience between myself Mark and business partner Ashley, with a vast knowledge of all the products we supply and fit. We pride ourselves on our repeat customers and recommendations as we feel this is the corner stone of any business.
Our aim is to help the customer have a smooth tranistion between your old and new flooring, so much so you dont need to leave the comfort of your own home and put up with any pushy salesman. Either myself or Ashley will happily come out to your property with a range of samples for you choose from. This has a number of benefits -we have the chance to look and measure the area that require's new flooring - you have the opportunity to check the colour against any new decorating - also any questions or issues you want us to look at while we are there can be easily addressed.
