    Steve from Premier is a true gentleman as usual. Very polite and professional & tidy, and puts up with my barking dog following him round the house! . There was a slight delay in the service due to an emergency but was rescheduled the next day which was fab. I have a service plan as they have guaranteed same day call out which is a necessity with my disabled mum. Overall since having my new boiler installed with them and the follow up service plan I am extremely satisfied with thier services.
