Charlie was running late and he had the manners to ring me up to advise me of the delay. I found Charlie to be knowledgeable, personable and professional.

I had previously asked 4 different roofers to do the job and none even called or came to look at it ! No job too small hey It was tipping it down so Albert said they’d be back in the morning to do the work , which they did with no fuss or mess .
