    Prem was efficient and happy to explain options in detail and source parts on the day. A return visit was needed and this was scheduled for as soon as the replacement unit arrived. Work was carried out to a really high standard and everything left spotless with old unit moved outside. Prem is very friendly and also easily contactable. Would definitely recommend and use again.
