    The customer service from Premier Tech has been excellent. The servicing of our system was carried out by an engineer named Tom. He was friendly, professional and very patient as he explained what we are doing right and wrong with our tank. A not very nice job, but an exceptional customer experience 👏

    I was selling my property and needed to comply with the new Binding Rules. This meant dealing with the local authority. Premier Tec took this and everything else on board, I had nothing to do. I was kept informed throughout the process and the guys did an amazing job of tidying the garden once they'd completed the installation. Would highly recommend the company, very professional.

    Professional from the first contact via Owls Hall in Essex. Initial site visit and consequent follow-up with Daniel Espley: a friendly, cheerful and professional team (I can't believe I'm writing this!!). The site location and our house, 250 miles away, wasn't ideal but we're nearly there with only a minor gravel soakaway to install. Finance paid...all needed now: to switch it on. Well done team - and thank you.
