We had contacted a number of plumbers in an attempt to get a leak repaired but kept getting fobbed off with "we will try and get out to you this week ".....and then no show. When I contacted Premium Gas Services I was given a date and a time and Stuart arrived as promised. The leaking pipe was difficult to access under a floorboard but PGS persevered to access it and make a professional repair. Polite. Professional. Perfect.

10Verified ReviewStuart arrived promptly, polite and smiley..spotted an issue with my gas meter that meant that any gas leak couldn't be checked. Service couldn't be carried out until a replacement part was fitted to the meter. Stuart arranged a visit for two days later on a Saturday and arrived with the replacement part. He then carried out the service and signed off my record log, together with a certificate . A job well done. Very happy, and on Stuart's database for next year's service! ??

He is very knowledgeable, friendly and offered his professional opinion and advice which was much appreciated. He diagnosed the fault which was the PCB. Replacement part and fitting took place a couple of days later. All working and would not hesitate to use Stuart at Premium Gas Services again. Its really great to find someone who values their work and is reliable.
