    Third time using this company. Excellent work and to a high standard! Wouldn’t use anyone else. Had kitchen/utility/cloakroom renovation. So happy with the results. Dave and his team are lovely! Can trust to leave them in the house alone. They work long hours to make sure that the work is completed. They always tidy up after themselves and even pressure wash the drive when they are done. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

    You won’t find a better builder than Dave. We had a loft conversion, received a faultless service from start to finish. Dave takes time to talk through options and all done professionally. He worked with us to get the maximum space and benefit and shows a huge amount of passion and care for his work. The loft has been done to a Super high standard, on time! Couldn’t be happier with the work completed.

    Dave and his team converted our loft into two bedrooms, one with en-suite, reconstructed the kitchen from 2 rooms and also created a beautiful bedroom with en-suite and dressing area. We can not fault the standard of the building work and the finished product is fantastic. The kitchen conversion looks really great and gives us loads of space. Dave's attention to detail is admirable. They were here every day from start to finish on all 3 jobs, completed within the timeframe specified, unlike other builders. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestidge Carpentry and Building for any project.

I work with a small team of trusted colleagues, who communicate and work together well. Our customers often comment that every colleague they interact with is approachable and cheerful; we find that promoting a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout.
