  We hired Prestige Construction Management Limited to renovate our dining room, fitting new units, electrical work, laminate flooring and decoration. Gabriel and his colleague did an excellent job, finishing the work to an excellent standard as well as tidying up the room. He communicated throughout, checking in to clarify any detailed work before proceeding. Overall, we are really pleased with the outcome and would happily hire them again for any future jobs.

  Gabriel is reliable and does high quality work. He's been flexible to our particular needs. Listens to what we want and has helpful advice. He's busy so had to fit our work in-between his other jobs. This was fine for us as none of our work has been needed in a hurry and we preferred to wait for someone who is reliable and does high quality work. We were particularly grateful when he helped us with a bathroom leak at short notice at Christmas eve!

  Gabriel and his team converted our garage into a bedroom, bathroom and utility, including fitting a macerator pump, new windows and front door. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish, knowledgable, reliable and considerate. Gabriel kept us informed throughout and took the time to walk us through the process and arranged for all the required tradespeople within the agreed budget, which really took the stress out of the project . We’re very happy with the end result and the finish. Thanks again Gabriel and team! Would definitely use again.

  Not only are this company really competitive on price but their workmanship and precision is the best I have seen. Gabriel is a perfectionist and has a “can do attitude” whatever the request is. He also offers solutions and suggestions that work for you rather than what is the easier option for them. The whole team work exceptionally hard are really tidy and respectful. Even with a demanding little dog wanting to constantly say hello…. I would definitely recommend Prestige Construction Management Limited and would not think twice about using them for future projects.

  This is the first building work we have done and what an experience Gabriel and his team. Not only is the quality of the work outstanding but the advice and guidance on design was so valuable and delivered on the agreed budget. We couldn't be happier with the result. From the beginning, Gabriel and the team have been professional, timely, courteous and extremely considerate to our needs, particularly having two young children in the house. Special mention to Reuben, Alex and Alex who were so great and helpful throught the whole process. We have already recommended Gabriel to many friends!
