  We had a leak coming in around our chimney flashing, Prestige roofing came and did a wonderful job of installing new leadwork and we're very friendly and polite. Will definitely use again

  We had a leak on our gutters which was causing damp down the wall. Prestige Roofing came out that day and sorted it. Very polite, tidy and on the same day. Very much recommend

  The company came out and was prompt in the sense they came out when they said and have found the problem, and then paid them for the services required, but the main issue was that a leak was coming inside the house and was the main reason for calling a tradesman, when I advised him he said he will come back out but kept on delaying it saying his van was broken down and then giving me dates which he did not honour, I’m not happy at all as I’ve paid £2000 and still no where near the issue being resolved, all I want is the works to be completed and it’s not a lot to ask for

  Simply put, they did a seemingly good job, but are now remembered for their lack of aftercare. We told them about a leak in the corner of an annex, told them to fit a new plastic ceiling, they did that and said they fixed the area with the leak, and I specifically asked if they would come and fix it if we find it still leaking, which Tom from Prestige Roofing did promise to do. Then, it rained, the leak continued in the corner, and Tom did not choose to come and fix it, and eventually did not respond. Disappointing.

  Having found it very difficult to get anyone to come and fix the guttering it was a relief to finally find a company that came out within 40 minutes of me phoning and fixed it on the spot. Thank you very much.
