10Verified ReviewI required an urgent damp assessment for a house I was purchasing, after the vendor mentioned late in sale they had completed some work in relation to mould/ damp. Prime damp assessed the work which had been completed at the property, prior to the purchase. They were very honest in the assessment and stated no further work was required. The feedback they gave just stated the vents fitted could have been a better colour to blend with the external house. They did not charge me a fee for the assessment/ job and they would not take any travel costs. I was amazed. Excellent service Thank you
