• Replacement roofing to leaking dormer

  Finding a leaking roof is always a bad surprise. Ricky, from Primefix, made space to visit us at 11:00 the same morning and 30 hours later, the work was done! New rubber roof on two dormers and repairs to the apex and felt of the roof. Ricky was very careful to show the condition before and after by video, and also clearly explained the issues encountered along the way in plain language of risk and cost. We are moving within the area and will come to Primefix first if we have rooming issues in our next house

  On inspection and as worked progressed the scale of the job grew, as more faults were discovered. Very stressful and unanticipated expenses but the stressed client and staged management of work to affordable segments was well handled and work was done well, timely and with courtesy. A great team.

  First, Ricky arrived and described the circumstances surrounding the shattered roof, including its cause and recommended course of repair. He clarified that there was a more economical option, but because I trusted such an informed man, I decided to go all out. Their work was evidently well-respected because a 20-year guarantee was included. There will be more business in the near future, and I couldn't be happier!
