    They were genuinely amazing! Not only were they friendly and easy to talk to, they were extremely knowledgeable and gave me advice on the future offered me guidance in what was wrong, took the time to show me specific areas which could have problems in the future! They were honest, kind, hard working just cool guys! They left everything spotless! Oh and courteous especially when making sure that everything was OK! You get more than what you pay for in my eyes!

    I was very impressed by Prime Preservation Ltd. There was a quick and professional response by Dan when we first contacted the company, good communication throughout the process, and the actual work (removing old plaster, damp proof injection, tanking and final plaster coats, plus re-installing radiator) was done very well and with minimal mess. This is a competent, friendly company, and I can thoroughly recommend them.

  • Damp patches caused by condensation

    We contacted three traders to come to check out concerns we had about a couple of damp patches in the front bedroom of our L shaped bungalow with solid walls. Dan was the only one to get back to us and he and his colleague came the very next day and took a look at the problem. They were able to put our minds at rest that it wasn't as serious as we first thought and gave us recommendations as to how to try to solve the problem of the mould growth, and confirmed that we don't have rising damp. They were very helpful, and If the problems get worse we will have no hesitation in calling them back.
