  • We had lots of carpets including the hall, stairs and landing to clean.

    Albert arrived on time and spent time explaining how he would do the carpet cleaning, stain removal and general overview. He was clear that some areas might be more difficult to remove the marks but would try his best. He set to work immediately and was very tidy as he worked. He was friendly, efficient and kept me updated on his progress. When he finished the carpets looked fantastic - all the dirt was removed and they looked great. A couple of stains couldn’t be removed but they had faded a lot. I would definitely recommend Prime Steam and great value for money.

    Albert arrived on time and took great care to assess the job before starting his work. He was articulate in explaining how he was going to approach the job and I felt confident in his abilities. He, in a matter of an hour or so transformed our well worn and to be honest, grubby sofa into a thing we can once again take great pride in. I would recommend Albert and Prime Steam. They are a quality outfit who take great pride in their work.
